Update firmware

Do not unplug the Zen or close the tab mid-update. A cut-off update can stop the Zen starting normally.

1. Unplug the Zen from everything, your console included.
2. Press and hold the small blue reset button.
3. While holding it, plug the CONSOLE/PC port into your computer.
4. Let go. The Zen's screen should read Zen Bootloader.
5. Open Updater in Chrome, Edge or Opera.
6. Press Connect your Zen.
7. Pick Cronus Zen in the browser's device list and press Connect.
8. Leave Latest selected and press Install.
9. Wait until it says your Zen is updated.
10. Unplug the Zen.
11. Plug PROG into your computer and connect the Zen in Studio.
12. Cronus Zen not in the list? Start again from step 1, holding the button before the cable goes in.
13. Still missing? Try another data cable or USB port.
14. Install fails? Plug PROG into your computer as well for extra power and install again.
