Put the latest Cronus Zen firmware on your device, from this page.

Put your Zen into update mode

  1. Press and hold the blue reset button on your Zen.
  2. While holding it, connect the Zen using the back (CONSOLE/PC) USB port.
  3. Release the button. The Zen’s screen should read “Zen Bootloader”.
Hold the blue reset button, connect the Zen by its CONSOLE/PC USB port, and its screen reads Zen Bootloader.
