Connect to your PC

Use the PROG port for Studio. CONSOLE/PC is for your console, and for your PC only in Updater.

1. Use a data cable. A charge-only cable powers the Zen, but your PC cannot talk to it.
2. Not sure about a cable? Plug your phone into the PC with it. If you can browse the phone's storage, it carries data.
3. Plug PROG into your PC.
4. Open Studio in Chrome, Edge or Opera.
5. Press Connect your Zen.
6. Pick Cronus Bridge in the browser's device list and press Connect. Each browser only asks the first time.
7. Check Studio shows your Zen and its firmware version.
8. Cronus Bridge missing? Try another data cable, then unplug the Zen, plug it back in and press Connect your Zen again.
9. Still not found? Follow not-detected.
