Zen not detected

Zen powers on, but the PC cannot see it

1. Plug your phone into the PC with that cable.
2. Phone files do not appear? The cable is charge-only; swap it for a data cable.

Using Safari, Firefox, a phone or a tablet

Use Chrome, Edge or Opera on a computer; other browsers cannot reach the Zen.

Cronus Bridge missing in Studio

1. Check the cable is in PROG, not CONSOLE/PC.
2. Try a different data cable.
3. Still missing? Replug the Zen and press Connect your Zen again.

Cronus Zen missing in Updater

1. Unplug everything from the Zen.
2. Hold the small blue reset button.
3. Still holding, plug CONSOLE/PC into the computer.
4. Let go once the screen reads Zen Bootloader.
5. Press Connect your Zen again.
6. Still missing? Repeat with a different data cable.

Zen keeps disconnecting

The cable is faulty; replace it with another data cable.

Connect button does nothing

Replug the Zen and try again.
