Zen Link problems
Connection Failed in the app
- Put your phone on the same Wi-Fi as the Zen Link, on a network that supports 2.4 GHz.
- Tap Try Again.
- Still failing? Turn off mobile data on the phone and retry.
- If the router has 2.4 GHz switched off, turn it back on in the router settings or ask your internet provider.
App cannot find the Zen Link
- Make sure the Zen Link has power and is on Wi-Fi or within Bluetooth range.
- Put your phone on the same Wi-Fi network as the Zen Link.
- Check the router still allows 2.4 GHz. The Zen Link uses only that band.
- Tap Retry.
Wi-Fi will not connect
- Wait for the Zen Link to go back to setup mode (blue light). If it does not, hold Config for 5 seconds.
- Check the password and that the network supports 2.4 GHz.
- Enter the Wi-Fi details again when the Zenlink app asks.
No headset audio on PS5
A 3.5 mm headset in the DualSense gets no sound while the controller is on Bluetooth to the Zen: wire the controller to A2 or A3, or use a USB or wireless headset connected straight to the PS5.
PS5 will not connect
On the PS5, set Settings > Accessories > Controller (General) > Communication Method to Use USB Cable, then check the rest of zen-link-ps5.
Red light
Count one group of blinks, note whether they are short or long, and look it up in zen-link-light.
