Nintendo Switch

• Consoles: Switch, Switch OLED, Switch Lite

1. On the Switch, set System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Pro Controller Wired Communication to On. Without it the Zen cannot pair.
2. In Zen Studio, set the output protocol to Nintendo Switch (output-protocol).
3. Docked: check the dock's 15 V power supply is connected, or the Zen will not power on.
4. Handheld or Lite: use a USB-C OTG adapter.
5. Plug CONSOLE/PC into the dock or the OTG adapter.
6. Nintendo controller: press P2 on the Zen, then hold SYNC on the controller until its lights flash. For Joy-Con, follow wireless.
7. Non-Nintendo controller: connect it as shown in the list below. Switch needs no AUTH controller in A1.
8. On the Switch, open Controllers and check for the USB icon.
9. No USB icon: tap the small blue reset button on the back of the Zen to resync.

• DualShock 4: Bluetooth, press P2 then hold Share + PS
• DualSense: USB only, in A3
• Xbox: USB in A3, or wireless with the Xbox Wireless Adapter
• Astro C40: its adapter goes in A3

Your controller may not charge through the Zen, so start with a full charge or fresh batteries.
