GameSir on PlayStation
Needs Zen Link or the A1 bypass in A1 (zen-link-setup, ps5), plus Zen Studio Live to check the controller mode.
G7 Pro
- Connect the controller to the Zen with the GameSir dongle (back switch toward LT) or the cable (back switch in the middle).
- Set the polling rate to 250 Hz. 1000 Hz can work, but go back to 250 Hz if anything misbehaves.
- Hold Share + Menu until the controller changes mode.
- In Zen Studio Live, open Device Monitor and check the left side shows Xbox One inputs. Do not carry on until it does.
- Set Output Protocol to
Autoin Zen Studio Live.
G7 8K
- Connect the controller to the Zen with the GameSir cable or dongle.
- Set the polling rate to 250 Hz. 1000 Hz can work, but go back to 250 Hz if anything misbehaves.
- Hold View + Menu until it switches to PC (XInput) mode. The light flashes while it changes.
- In Zen Studio Live, open Device Monitor and check the left side shows Xbox One inputs. Do not carry on until it does.

- Blue light: Android or PlayStation (DS4)
Tarantula 8K
- Connect the controller to the Zen with the GameSir cable or dongle.
- Set the polling rate to 250 Hz or 1000 Hz. Use 250 Hz if 1000 Hz gives trouble.
- Hold Home + X until it switches to Xbox mode.
- In Zen Studio Live, open Device Monitor and check it shows Xbox One inputs. Do not carry on until it does.
