Content Policy

What this covers

This policy covers everything you can put on this site yourself. It sits alongside our terms-of-sale and our licence-agreement, and where they say more about something, they apply as well.

What you post in our Discord server is also covered by Discord’s own terms and community guidelines, which apply there whatever this page says.

What you can put here

• Comments in the Club. Club posts are written by us, and members can comment under them. Your Discord name and picture appear next to what you write, and every other member can read it.
• Messages in Support Chat. What you write there is read by our team. Where it is stored is set out in our privacy-notice.
• Script files. You can compile and program a .gpc file from your own computer, or a .cz file somebody gave you. A copy of a .gpc you bring yourself is sent to a member of our team, which our privacy-notice explains.

Whatever you put here stays yours, and you are responsible for it. By posting or uploading it, you are telling us you have the right to.

What is not allowed

• Anything unlawful, or anything that helps or encourages somebody to break the law.
• Anything you do not have the right to share: somebody else’s script without their permission, a leaked, cracked or unlocked copy of any paid script, ours included, and keys, builds or accounts that belong to somebody else.
• Malware, or any file or link made to damage a Zen, a console, a computer, an account or this site.
• Harassment, threats, or abuse aimed at anybody for who they are, and anything sexual involving a person under 18, which we remove and report.
• Somebody else’s personal information without their permission, such as their real name, address, phone number or account details.
• Spam, advertising, referral links, and offers to sell or trade anything, including scripts, keys, accounts and services.
• Pretending to be us, a member of our team, or anybody else.
• Posting again something we have removed, or getting round a suspension.

What we do about it

We do not read everything before it appears, but we read what is reported to us and we look after the Club and Support Chat as part of running the site.

If something breaks this policy, we may remove it or hide it, refuse to compile or program a file, and, for something serious or for somebody who keeps doing it, suspend or close the account as set out in our terms-of-sale. Where the law requires it, or somebody is at risk, we may also pass what we found to the police or another authority.

Where it is safe and lawful to, we will tell you what we removed and why. You can delete your own Club comments yourself at any time.

How to tell us about something

Email us at biz@cronuszens.com or message us in our Discord server. Say where it is, which post, comment or page, what is wrong with it, and how we can reach you if we need to ask more.

If you are telling us that something here infringes your copyright, read our dmca-policy first and send it through submit-a-notice, because a copyright notice needs things an ordinary report does not.

If you think we got it wrong

Tell us, by email or in our Discord server, and we will look at it again. If what we removed was taken down because of a copyright notice, the counter-notice process in our dmca-policy is the way to challenge it.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top.
