End User Licence Agreement

Who this is between

This agreement is between you and Cronus Zens, and it covers every script and every piece of software you get from this site, free or paid, including anything the Cronus Zens Club gives you. It applies from the moment you download, compile or load one of them.

It sits alongside our Terms of Sale. Where this page is about what you may do with a script, that page is about buying it and getting your money back.

What you are allowed to do

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use our scripts on Cronus Zen devices that you own or control, for as long as this agreement lasts. You may load them, tune them, keep your own backups of them, and use them to play games on your own account.

A paid licence is yours alone. Where a product is locked to a particular Zen by its serial number, that is the device the licence covers, and you should tell us rather than buy again if you replace the device.

What you are not allowed to do

• Sell, rent, sub-licence, give away, publish or otherwise pass on a paid script, in whole or in part, to anyone else.
• Share your account, your download links, or a compiled build with anyone, or use one licence across a group of people.
• Re-upload our scripts to another site, marketplace, Discord server or file host, or present them as your own work.
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer a protected or compiled script, or try to defeat the licensing, sealing or device-binding that protects it, except where the law gives you a right to do so that we cannot exclude.
• Remove or alter any notice of ownership, version marker or watermark we put in a script.
• Use our scripts to build a competing product, or to train a model.

Free scripts are free to use and still ours. You may share a link to the page they live on. Please do not re-host the files.

Who owns what

We own our scripts, and the licence above does not transfer ownership of anything. Any settings, tuning or configuration you create for yourself are yours.

If you send us a script of your own, for support or to share with the Club, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store it, run it and show it to the people we need to in order to help you or to publish it where you asked us to. Other companies’ games and hardware

Our scripts run on the Cronus Zen. We do not make the Zen, we are not Collective Minds, and we are not endorsed by or connected to them. We use their product name only to tell you what our scripts work with.

The same goes for the games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Take-Two Interactive, 2K, Activision Blizzard, Epic Games or any other publisher, and we name their games only to say what a script was built for. Every trade mark belongs to its owner.

Most online games have rules about what you may use with them, and many of them prohibit scripts, macros and third-party devices. Publishers enforce those rules, and they can suspend accounts, close them permanently, reset progress, or take away virtual currency and items. Read the rules of any game you play before you use a script with it. Some of our scripts are built for use offline or in private play, and that is where they are safest.

If you use a script online you do so knowing all of that. We cannot promise and do not promise that using one is permitted by any publisher, that it will not be detected, or that your account is safe. If your account is actioned in any way, that is not a fault in the script, we cannot reverse it, and we cannot compensate you for it.

This section does not limit what we owe you if a script is faulty, is not as described, or is not fit for a purpose you told us about. Those rights are set out in our Terms of Sale and we cannot take them away.

Your device, and the risk that comes with it

Writing to a Cronus Zen, and flashing firmware in particular, carries the ordinary risk that an interrupted write leaves a device in a state that needs recovering. Do not unplug the Zen mid-write, and follow the steps on the page you are using.

Subject to the responsibilities we do have if we have been careless, which are described in our Terms of Sale, looking after your own hardware is down to you.

What we do and do not promise

We keep our scripts working and we update them when a game updates, but no script can be promised to be free of every fault, to suit every play style, or to keep working after a publisher changes the game. Game updates can and do stop a script working until we can change it.

Beyond the rights the law gives you as a consumer, which we cannot and do not exclude, scripts are provided as they are.

How this licence ends

The licence lasts as long as you keep to this agreement. A Club licence lasts as long as your membership does. If you break this agreement in a serious way, and in particular if you share or resell a paid script, we may end your licence and close your account. If we do, you must stop using the scripts and delete your copies.

Ending the licence does not affect anything you were already entitled to, including a refund you were already owed.

Law and courts

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts, and if you live elsewhere you keep the benefit of any consumer protection that applies where you live.
