What a Zen script does in Rust

Hold the trigger with an automatic weapon and the right stick is pulled through that gun’s pattern, standing or crouched, from the hip or aimed; semi-automatic guns get a rapid fire with a downward pull instead.

Bunnies' Rust and Cards' Rust track whether you are standing or crouched from your crouch button and show it on the Zen’s screen, so keep crouch on Circle (B).

Rust scripts after an update

The builds here are Bunnies' Rust v7 on 26 August 2026 and Cards' Rust v7.2 on 26 August 2026. When a Rust update changes a weapon, that gun’s pattern drifts until the script’s maker uploads a new build, and programming that build replaces the old one in its slot.

Per-weapon anti recoil

Both Rust scripts here keep a profile per weapon. Bunnies’ Rust covers the AK, Thompson, custom SMG and the other automatics, and fires the SAR, SKS, M39, P2 and M92 rapidly. Cards’ Rust adds a profile per scope, four Quick Maps weapons on R1 (RB) and the D-pad, and an AFK movement loop.

Cards’ Rust also sets right stick speed for the hip, 1x sights and 4x scopes, plus a deadzone, which is how you match it to your in-game sensitivity. Its Toggles page holds Hipfire, MNK Mode for a faster stick, and Hold, PC and Spam crouch modes.

Bunnies’ Rust tunes the other way, with Adjusters: HIP-X, HIP-Y, ADS-X and ADS-Y run from -100 to 100 and shift the pull for hip fire and for aiming. If its stance tracking ever reads you wrong, hold L1 and press R1 (LB and RB) to switch standing and crouched by hand.

Rust on PS5, PS4 and Xbox

These are console scripts: they work on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. On PS4, set the output protocol to PlayStation 4/5 and plug a DualShock 4 into A1; a PS4 Pro needs the Zen in a rear USB port. On PS5, use a Zen Link or the bypass.

On Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, set the output protocol to Xbox One X/S and plug an Xbox controller into A1. Playing with a PlayStation controller on Xbox works as a crossover with the Xbox controller left in A1. Steps: PS4, PS5 and Xbox.

Free Rust scripts

Both Rust scripts, Bunnies' Rust and Cards' Rust, are free. Sign in with Discord and program them as often as you like; none of them uses a Club pick.

Ban risk in Rust

Rust’s makers have said nothing about the Cronus Zen that our ban guide can point to. Silence is not permission, and no script can promise it will not be detected.
