Terms of Sale

What you are buying from Cronus Zens, what it costs, when your right to change your mind ends, and what happens if something is wrong.

Who you are buying from

You are buying from Cronus Zens. These terms apply when you buy a script, a paid product such as Evolve, or a Cronus Zens Club membership from this website. Please read them before you pay. By buying, you accept them.

The quickest way to reach us about an order is our Discord server.

We take payment through Whop. Whop processes the payment and appears as the merchant on your card or bank statement, but Whop is not the seller. Your contract is with us, and we are the ones responsible for what you bought, for supporting it, and for deciding refunds.

What we sell

We sell GPC scripts for the Cronus Zen, a paid script package called Evolve, and a monthly or annual membership of the Cronus Zens Club. Scripts are digital content. You are buying a licence to use them, not the scripts themselves; what that licence lets you do is set out in our Licence Agreement.

The Club is a subscription. It gives you access to our Discord channels, member posts, the Club Studio, the scripts shelf, and one exclusive community script a month. Some of what the Club includes is a service rather than a file, which matters for cancelling, and is dealt with below.

You need a Cronus Zen to use anything we sell. We do not sell the Zen and you must buy it separately.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the page for each product and include any tax we are required to charge. Payment is taken in full at the time of the order, through Whop. A subscription renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel it.

If a price on this site is obviously wrong, we may cancel your order and refund you in full rather than hold you to it. We will tell you if that happens.

Your 14-day right to change your mind, and where it ends

Because you are buying online without meeting us, the law normally gives you 14 days from the day you place your order to change your mind for any reason and get your money back. That is the starting point, and it is a real right.

Digital content is treated differently, because once it is delivered it cannot be handed back. At checkout you are asked to agree to two things at once:

that you want us to start supplying your script straight away, before the 14 days are up, and that you understand you lose your right to change your mind once we start supplying it.

If you agree to that, supply starts the moment your payment goes through and the script becomes available in your account, and at that point your right to change your mind is gone. That is the rule the law sets, and it is the one we apply.

So if you have downloaded a script, compiled it, or loaded it onto your Cronus Zen, you are not entitled to a refund for changing your mind. Loading it onto the device happens after supply has already started, so by then the right is long gone. This applies however little you have used it and whether or not you got the result you hoped for. A script that works as described is not refundable because you did not enjoy playing with it, because you are not as good at the game as you expected, or because you have bought something similar elsewhere.

If you do not agree to immediate supply, we will not release the script until the 14 days have passed, and you may cancel at any point before then for a full refund. Tell us on our Discord server if that is what you want.

None of this affects your rights if the script is faulty, does not match how we described it, or is not fit for a purpose you told us about. Those rights survive, and they are set out below.

Cancelling a Club membership

You can cancel a Club membership at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the period you are in, and your access continues until the end of that period.

The Club has two halves and they cancel differently. The files you receive as a member are digital content and are covered by the section above. Access to the community, the Studio and support is a service. If you ask us to start that service straight away and then cancel within the first 14 days, we may keep a proportionate amount for the part of the period you have already had, and we will refund the rest.

If we close your account for breaking these terms, we do not refund the period you are in. If we stop running the Club altogether, we will refund the unused part of anything you have already paid.

If something is wrong with what you bought

The law says that anything digital we sell you must be of satisfactory quality, must be fit for any purpose you told us about before you bought it, and must match the way we described it. We cannot take those rights away from you, and nothing on this page or any other page on this site is meant to.

If a script does not meet that standard, tell us. You are entitled to ask us to repair or replace it, free of charge and within a reasonable time. If we cannot do that, or doing it would take too long or cause you significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a reduction in the price, and that reduction can be as much as the full amount you paid.

For the first six months after you buy, if a script does not work as it should, the law assumes the problem was there from the start, and it is for us to show otherwise rather than for you to prove it.

If a script damages your Cronus Zen, your console or other software you own, and that damage happened because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you for it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To make a claim, get in touch on our Discord server with your order details and a description of what is wrong. Tell us what you tried, what your Zen did, and which game and platform you were on, because that is almost always what we need in order to fix it.

Using this website

You may use this site to browse, buy and download what we sell. You may not attempt to break into any part of it, disrupt it for other people, scrape it at a rate that interferes with it, or use it to do anything unlawful.

If you post in the Club, what you post must be yours to post and must not be unlawful, abusive, or designed to harass anyone. We can remove anything that is not, and we can close an account that keeps doing it.

If you send us a script file of your own, you are telling us that you have the right to do so. We describe what happens to a file you send in our Privacy Notice.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, and where you are buying for a business we are not responsible for lost profit, lost business or lost opportunity.

We do not control the games you play or the hardware you play them on, and we are not responsible for what their publishers or manufacturers do about your use of a script. What that means for you is set out in the Licence Agreement, and it is worth reading before you buy.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Changing these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. If we change the terms of a subscription in a way that affects you, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you can cancel if you do not accept it.

Complaints, law and courts

If something has gone wrong, tell us on our Discord server first. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts, and if you live elsewhere you keep the benefit of any consumer protection that applies where you live.
