What a Zen script does in NBA 2K27
A Cronus Zen sits between your controller and the console, and a script running on it can press, hold and time inputs for you. In NBA 2K27 that mostly means the jumpshot: the script holds the shot button or moves the right stick for a set number of milliseconds, so the release lands at the same moment every time.
Those milliseconds depend on your jumpshot, your build’s height and your connection. 22 of the 27 scripts here have a menu on the Zen’s screen where you change them with your controller, and cronus2K has a Ping setting that allows for your connection delay in every window. Margielq uses fixed timings instead, so you program and play.
What changed for NBA 2K27
NBA 2K27’s Early Access began on 26 August 2026, and it shoots differently from NBA 2K26. A script tuned for 2K26 releases early or late in 2K27, so keep NBA 2K26 scripts for 2K26.
Makers keep retuning for the new game: SLEM from v3 to v5 on 15 October 2026, Panda Green from v3 to v4 on 15 October 2026 and yew2K from v2 to v3 on 12 October 2026.

Auto green, shot timing, dribble and defense
Auto green. 12 scripts, such as Aboki Premium, Fanta Auto Green and Glock's Remake Gods Menu, are named for their auto green, and 21 of the 27 can run a shot’s entire release from one press, usually R3 (RS click), held for milliseconds that most let you change.
Shot timing. Glock's Remake Cold Fent, Panda, Slade's Secret, Panda Green and Script Plug hold the shot button for a set time from one tap, with a separate time for fades.
Tempo shot. Burger, KB, SLEM, Margielq, YOGA Bibal and yew2K turn a held Square (X on Xbox) into a right stick shot, flicked up on a short tempo when you let go. YOGA Bibal and yew2K leave the moment of release to you.
Quick stop and dribble. 9 can stop you and then take the shot, and 9 have dribble moves. SLEM, Green, Dime, Saint, Prime and luraNBA have both. cronus2K puts its moves on the D-pad: tap for one, hold to loop it.
Defense. 10 help on the other end through your right stick, among them Glock's Remake Gods Menu, Glock's Script and SLEM.
Calibration. MyRhythm, MyQuick-Stop and MyDunk play nothing for you. They record your own timing and turn it into a setup code for yew2K.
NBA 2K27 on PS5 and Xbox
On PS5 the Zen needs a Zen Link, which stays in A1, or the manual bypass, which does not stay set and has to be redone. Either way the PS5’s Communication Method must be Use USB Cable. A DualSense on Bluetooth to the Zen has no adaptive triggers, rumble or gyro, so wire it by USB to keep them. Steps: Cronus Zen on PS5.
On Xbox Series X|S, set the Zen’s output protocol to Xbox One X/S once in Collective Minds’ Zen Studio, then plug the Xbox controller into A1. Xbox controllers reach the Zen by USB or the Xbox Wireless Adapter, never Bluetooth. To play with a PlayStation controller on Xbox, leave the Xbox controller in A1 as the AUTH controller and plug yours into A3. Steps: Cronus Zen on Xbox.
Free NBA 2K27 scripts and the Club
14 of the 27 are free. Once you sign in with Discord you can program any free script as often as you like. Of the free ones, SLEM covers the most: auto green, quick stop, dribble moves, defense and stamina.
The other 13 are Club scripts. The Club is $30 a month: cronus2K, the OLED Mirror for your stream, the Club role in our Discord and any 3 Club scripts a month, which stay unlocked while you stay in. Programming cronus2K, a free script or a script you have already unlocked never uses one of the 3.

Can you get banned for a 2K27 script?
Yes. On 24 September 2026, 2K said it had given its first wave of permanent bans to NBA 2K27 accounts that used cheats and scripts as shooting aids, going back to Early Access, and that repeat cheating leads to a console or PC ban. 2K did not name the Cronus Zen, but every script on this page is a shooting aid, and nobody can promise one will never be detected.
Offline modes carry the least risk. Park, REC and Pro-Am are online, and so are private matches. To play with nothing running, cycle the Zen to its logo screen, and read Can you get banned for using a Cronus Zen? before you play online.

Put an NBA 2K27 script on your Zen
Plug the Zen’s PROG port into a computer with a data cable, open this page in Chrome, Edge or Opera, press Download on a script and pick one of the 8 slots, then press Program in the Studio. For cronus2K, pick your build’s height on its download page first: a 2K script timed for one height is early or late on another. Scripts that shoot with the right stick need stick shooting usable in 2K27’s controller settings, since every shot they take is a stick motion.
If the Studio says Firmware Version Incompatible, update in the Updater: hold the small blue reset button while you plug in the CONSOLE/PC port, connect, and install Latest. 0:00By the end of this video, your Cronus Zen is going to be fully set up for NBA 2K27. We’re starting from scratch: update the firmware, get cz2K, install it, and then load into 2K to make sure everything’s working. So grab your Zen and let’s get started.
Update your Zen’s firmware
0:13Before anything else, update your Zen’s firmware so nothing errors out during the setup. Unplug the top cable from your Zen. Then press and hold the blue button on the back, and while you’re holding it, plug the top cable back into your computer. That puts your Zen in update mode, and its screen should say Zen Bootloader. Now open the Updater on cronuszens.com, connect your Zen and press Download latest firmware. It only takes a few seconds.
Get the script
0:37Now, a Cronus Zen on its own won’t give you auto green or any of the other features in 2K27. For that you need a script. Head to the Script Shop on cronuszens.com. cz2K is a one-time purchase, and it comes with yew2K and any two Club scripts to keep. Use code Halloween 10 for 10% off forever.
Program your Zen
0:57Once you’ve got it, go to Download, pick your build, then set your build height, and it shows you the green window for that height. Press Connect your Zen, pick Cronus Bridge and press Connect. Then add cz2K to slot one. Next, open the Club tab and pick your Club scripts. I’m putting yew2K on slot two and LuraNBA on slot three. Now go to the Studio and press Program. Keep your Zen plugged in. It’s done in a few seconds.
Controller settings in 2K
1:18Now unplug your Zen from your computer. Plug it into your console and plug your controller into the Zen. Once you’re in 2K, copy these controller settings. Pause the video if you need to. Then head over to the kiosk to set up your MyCOURT and run out onto the court.
Button tempo and fades
1:38Let’s jump in. First is button tempo. It takes the shots you normally take with your buttons and turns them into rhythm shots, so your green window gets a lot bigger. If you played 2K26, it’ll feel familiar, just without the white early shots. With it on, Square, or X on Xbox, does the rhythm shot. For a normal Square, you use the button you set in the script. Button tempo comes with a fade, and so does auto green, so let’s cover both. The button tempo fade comes off your button rhythm shot. The right stick fade comes off auto green, where you tap down on the right stick while you’re on the move.
Auto green and calibration
2:09Speaking of auto green, press down on the right stick and the script takes a rhythm shot for you. It works anywhere on the court, in any game mode. Just remember, it sends the same timing every time, starting the moment you press. So calibrate in Crew HQ off the exact animation you shoot with, and keep using that animation in your games. Shots off the dribble need their own calibration.
Dunks and stamina
2:30For finishing at the rim, there’s easy dunk. While you’re driving in, hold L1, or the button you remapped it to, and you get a contact dunk without mashing your stick. Want it timed? Turn on L1 easy. Then there’s infinite stamina. Your stamina keeps coming back, so you can sprint for as long as you want. Dribbling doesn’t count, though. It only works at full sprint.
Quick stop
2:46Quick stop is a big one. Without it, your player slides when you let go of the stick, and that throws your shot off. Quick stop one is tap L2 and shoot. Quick stop two is let go and shoot. Either way, your player plants and gets the shot up.
Dribble macros and the system menu
3:03The last thing I’m going to show you is dribble macros, which are made for anyone still figuring out the new dribble system. Tap a direction on the D-pad for a dribble move, or hold it to chain a few together. And from any of those moves, you can go right into auto green or button tempo. On top of all that, there are over 20 features and three profiles for your builds. The system menu has hair triggers, so you don’t need a $200 Scuf controller, plus overclock, haptic shots and your Zen color.

Which NBA 2K27 script should I start with?
Pick by how you want to shoot. An auto green or shot timing script times the whole shot from one press; a tempo shot script still leaves the release to you. Among the free ones, SLEM has the widest set of features. We make cronus2K, so we will not rank the others; NBA 2K27 scripts compared puts the paid ones side by side.
Why does my 2K27 script shoot early or late?
Its window was set for a different jumpshot, height or connection. Change it in the script’s menu a few milliseconds at a time, set your build’s height where the script asks for it, and allow for delay when you play online. A script tuned for NBA 2K26 stays off in 2K27 however you set it.
Do NBA 2K27 scripts work on PS4 or Xbox One?
No, because NBA 2K27 is only on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. On PS5 the Zen needs a Zen Link or the bypass; on Xbox Series X|S it needs the Xbox One X/S output protocol and an Xbox controller in A1.
Do I need Zen Studio to program a 2K27 script?
No. This site writes scripts to the Zen from Chrome, Edge or Opera on a computer, with nothing to install. Phones, Safari and Firefox cannot reach a Zen. The one Xbox setting, the output protocol, is set in Collective Minds’ Zen Studio.
How do I open a 2K27 script’s menu?
On the Zen’s screen, with your controller. For cronus2K, hold L2 and press OPTIONS (LT and Menu on Xbox); other scripts give their combination on their page. If the Zen shows the Gearhead logo, no script is running, so press the right blue button until you reach your slot.
