What a Zen script does in Fortnite

Fortnite scripts work on your aim. While you aim or fire, the script moves the right stick in a small pattern, a circle, a diamond or a side to side shake depending on the script, and anti recoil pulls it down while you hold both triggers. Around that sit macros for the things Fortnite asks your hands to do fast: edits, resets, pickups and crouch shots.

Unreal and NEBULA pause their aim mods while Circle (B) has you building, so the stick is yours in a build fight.

Each script expects its own binds, and its macros press the wrong things without them. Unreal asks you to set Circle to build and edit with no edit hold time, R3 (RS) to reset, L2 to confirm and Triangle (Y) for the pickaxe. yewFN asks you to set your Fortnite binds to Edit on L3, Crouch on R3, Reset edit on L2, Select edit on R2 and Confirm on Circle.

Recent Fortnite script updates

The newest builds here are NEBULA on 15 October 2026, yewFN on 12 October 2026 and yew ARC on 7 October 2026. A Fortnite update that changes aim assist or weapon handling changes how these feel, so after a patch check the builds listed here and program the newest version, which replaces the old one in its slot.

Aim assist, anti recoil and edit macros

Aim. All 5 have aim assist and all 5 have anti recoil. Unreal, yew ARC, yewFN and NEBULA add rapid fire.

Movement. Unreal, Luna Plus, yew ARC and NEBULA strafe your left stick while you shoot or stand still, which the scripts call Bloom Reducer, Auto-Tracking or Aim Boost.

Edits. Unreal, yew ARC, yewFN and NEBULA have edit macros such as Insta Reset, which runs edit, reset and confirm from D-pad Left.

Crouch. Luna Plus, yew ARC and yewFN crouch for you while you aim and fire.

Fortnite on PS5, PS4 and Xbox

A script runs on the Zen, so the same one works on PS5, PS4, Xbox and PC. What changes is the setup. On PS5 you need a Zen Link or the bypass, and with a DualSense Edge and a Zen Link the controller goes in A2 and the Zen Link in A3. On PS4, set the output protocol to PlayStation 4/5, and on a PS4 Pro use a rear USB port, because the front ones cannot power the Zen.

On Xbox the output protocol is Xbox One X/S and an Xbox controller goes in A1. Elite Series 1 and 2 controllers work; a Scuf Instinct works only after it is flashed back to stock Xbox firmware. On PS5 the Razer Raiju V3 Pro drops after a few minutes and the Scuf Omega does not work. Supported controllers has the full list.

Fortnite and the Cronus Zen

Epic has prohibited the Cronus Zen and Cronus Max in Fortnite since Chapter 3 Season 4 in 2022. A player using one can get a warning and must remove it to keep playing, and Epic says trying to get around the restriction can lead to a permanent ban.
