Terms of Service
Last updated 20 October 2026
The rules for adding the Cronus Zens Discord app to a server and using it, what it does when someone tells it to, and what we are responsible for.
Who runs the app
The Cronus Zens Discord app is a Discord bot run by Cronus Zens, and these terms are between you and us. They apply whenever you use the app: when you add it to a server, run one of its commands, open a ticket, send a form through it, or talk to it in our server. By using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
These terms cover the app only. Anything you buy from us is covered by our terms-of-sale, and what the app does with your data is set out in our app-privacy.
Who may use it
You can use the app only if Discord lets you: you must be old enough to have a Discord account where you live, and you must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. They apply to everything you do with the app, whatever these terms say.
What the app does
The app answers text commands that start with a comma, and ,help lists the ones available in the server you are in. In any server it can run tickets, a form for sending the server owner a .gpc script file, files-only channels and automatic reactions; ban, temporarily ban, softban and unban members; and set its own picture, banner and bio there. Some commands work only in servers we run. In the Cronus Zens Discord server it also answers customers’ questions in #chat using AI.
Adding it to a server
When you add the app to a server, you choose the permissions it has there, and the server’s owner and moderators decide how it is set up. That is their responsibility, not ours, including:
- who can read a ticket. A ticket channel takes its permissions from the ticket category, and the member who opened it is added;
- who receives ticket transcripts, which go to the person named with
,ticketsetupor, if nobody is named, to the server owner; - which channels are files-only or get automatic reactions;
- who the app bans, temporarily bans, softbans or unbans, which messages it removes or has Discord delete with a ban, and which ticket channels it deletes. It does these only on a moderator’s command or as the server set it up, and for a ban it writes the moderator’s name and the reason in the server’s audit log; and
- telling members how the app is used in the server, where the law or Discord requires it.
What you must not do
You must not use the app to:
- do anything unlawful, or harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
- send spam, including flooding #chat in our server or messaging it over and over to get AI answers;
- send malware, or a file or link made to cause harm, through a ticket, a form or a command;
- try to break, overload or exploit the app, get round its limits or Discord’s permissions, or make its AI answers say something harmful; or
- pretend to be us or a member of our team.
AI answers
In #chat in the Cronus Zens Discord server, the app answers members with our Customer role using an AI model from Anthropic. It is an AI, not a person. Its answers can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. They are not advice, and they are not a promise from us of a refund, a discount, a fix or a release date. Nothing it says changes these terms, our terms-of-sale or our refund-policy. Before you rely on an answer that matters, check it with our team, who answer in the same channel.
Availability and changes to the app
We do not promise the app will always be online, answer every command, or be free of errors. We may change what it does, add or remove commands, limit how many AI answers it gives, or stop running it, at any time.
What belongs to us
We own the app and its code, its name and picture, and the Cronus Zens name and logo, and all the intellectual property in them. Using the app gives you no rights in them beyond using it as these terms allow. What you send through the app stays yours, and by sending it you are telling us you have the right to.
Stopping the app for someone
We may remove the app from a server, or stop it working for a person or a server, if you seriously break these terms, if we reasonably believe it is being used to harm people, Discord or the app, or if you keep breaking these terms after we have asked you to stop.
A server can remove the app at any time. What that leaves behind, and how to have it deleted, is set out in our app-privacy.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for what a server’s owner or moderators do with the app, for what other people post, or for what Discord, Anthropic or any other service the app relies on does. Where you use the app for a business, we are not responsible for lost profit, lost business or lost opportunity.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Changing these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new version.
Complaints, law and courts
If something has gone wrong, tell us on our Discord server first, or email us at biz@cronuszens.com. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts, and if you live elsewhere you keep the benefit of any consumer protection that applies where you live.
